Your First Visit

Upon Arrival

Before your first appointment at our office, please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have time to fill out any necessary forms. You'll wait for your appointment in our reception area, where you'll find plenty of reading materials and comfortable chairs.

New Patient Form

Comprehensive Exam

Expect to spend about 90 minutes at your first appointment. To start, you and your dentist will review your medical history and oral health needs. Your dentist will then conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, jaws, and bite before taking a series of photos and x-rays. An oral cancer screening will also be completed.

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will create a customized dental treatment plan for you based on your medical history and exam. The hygienist or dentist will also answer any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.
